Can you look up my car from just the reg?
Yes — send us your registration and we can identify the exact vehicle, its service schedule and the right parts before you even bring it in.
Do you use genuine parts?
We fit genuine or OE-equivalent quality parts as standard, and we’ll always tell you which is going on your car before fitting it.
My dealer gave me a “recommended repairs” list — will you just do it all?
No. Bring us the list and we’ll tell you what genuinely needs doing now, what can wait, and what you don’t need at all. It’s why customers call us “honest” in their reviews.
Do I need a 4-wheel alignment?
If the steering wheel sits off-centre, the car pulls to one side or the tyres are wearing on one edge, it’s worth checking. We also recommend one after new tyres, suspension work or a big pothole hit. We set all four wheels, not just the front two.
My car is overheating — is it the radiator?
Often, but not always — it can also be the thermostat, water pump, a hose or the head gasket. We pressure-test the cooling system to find the real cause, and if the radiator has failed we replace it and refill and bleed the system properly.
How quickly can you fix my car?
Most jobs are done the same day. For bigger repairs we’ll give you a realistic time frame up front and keep you updated by phone or email.
